Key Responsibilities: Develop and review electrical designs for building and infrastructure projects. Prepare electrical layouts, load schedules, single-line diagrams, and technical calculations. Design and coordinate power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, low-current/ELV, and other electrical systems. Prepare and review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines. Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions. Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable codes, and international standards. Attend design coordination meetings and resolve technical/design issues. Provide technical support during construction when required.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. 10–15 years of relevant electrical design experience. Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV, and electrical infrastructure. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and relevant engineering/design software. Good knowledge of international electrical codes and standards. Experience with large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects is preferred. Strong coordination and communication skills. Kurdistan/Iraq project experience is an advantage.
